Paul is the Broker/Owner of the Agency and is the second generation to run the company. The Agency was founded by his late father in 1963. Paul is a graduate of Shippensburg University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations on Real Estate and Finance. He has been helping clients in both Real Estate and Insurance since joining the Agency in 1983.
Paul has been active with the local Association of Realtors and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. He was President of the local Association in 1996 and had the honor of his peers electing him as Realtor of the Year. He still serves on various committees. Paul has seen a lot of changes in the real estate industry over the years, but believes being involved with the Association keeps him current to the changes.
Paul enjoys all aspects of the business. However, he enjoys working with first time home buyers in helping them locate their first home. He loves to be part of their excitement and enthusiasm in this process. In the area that we serve many of the homes are serviced by on-site septic systems which can be a challenge as these systems age. Paul has gained much knowledge over the years in working with these systems when it comes to repairs and or replacement and is able to advise home sellers accordingly.
Paul enjoys spending time at his small farm tending to the daily chores and raising beef cattle. He also an advocate of giving back to the community and is involved in the Lions Club, Boys Scouts, Chamber of Commerce and his church. He is also passionate about heading north in the winter on snowmobiling adventures.
Actively listing and selling in the area since 1977, Carolee has been voted “One of the Best Realtors” in the Upper Perkiomen Valley. Carol has experienced many changes in the real estate market, succeeding through each change. Whether working for Buyer or Seller, Carol is a knowledgeable negotiator who knows the area and the market. Her philosophy about her real estate career can be summed up in her motto, “I’m serious about your investment”.
“Linda Mertz describes herself as “”a very relaxed and experienced holder of hands, with the priority of transforming the roller coaster ride of the real estate deal to resemble a ride on a merry-go-round.”” Doesn’t that just want to make you say, “”Ahhh?””
The Barndt Agency is described by Linda as a “”boutique”” office instead of a franchise. Agents are in charge of their transactions from beginning to settlement.
When Linda started her career, real estate was the perfect solution. As an independent contractor you are in charge of your work schedule which gave her flexibility for active parenting. Her two sons are now grown and have given her four treasured grandchildren.
Linda’s qualifications as a REALTOR include a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative). She is e-PRO technology certified. She is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Linda lives in Perkiomenville with her husband Barry, a retired Souderton School District music teacher. She has a love of fresh vegetables, cannot swallow canned peas and really, really dislikes poor grammar. That’s probably why if she hadn’t chosen real estate as a career she could see herself as a teacher. That would fit right in with the qualities she says define her; compassion, nurturing and the enjoyment of working with people.
A good referral for Linda is anyone needing guidance through a sale or purchase of real estate.

“Hi, My name is Donna Paul, I am a real estate agent in the Western part of Montgomery County. I have lived in this area since 1997 and call Red Hill my home. My husband Tom and I raised 4 beautiful children here in the Upper Perkiomen Valley. It is a fantastic place to work and live !
In my career of real estate, I am known for my patience, honesty, and attention to detail. I strive to relieve the stress and pressures of buying and selling your home. I know what it takes to communicate with all parties involved for a smooth transaction. It is extremely important to me that your home buying and selling experience is a positive one. I have what it takes and will give you the personal attention you deserve!”
My passion for real estate started at a young age. I knew early on that I wanted to follow in my grandfather’s and father’s footsteps. My nickname around the office when I was young was “future boss”. I graduated from Souderton Area High School and from there I went to Montgomery County Community College where I got my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. In my free time you can find me in the kitchen baking or getting a workout in at the gym. I’m always willing to go out of my way to do things for others and will do what it takes to get you what you want!
My interest in real estate started at a young age. I grew up in the business and started working at The Barndt Agency when I was 16. I attended Temple University where I studied marketing with a focus on digital marketing. I wanted to have my own career, aside from my family’s business, to expand my knowledge. I knew real estate was always something I could come back to. I began my career as a Marketing Associate at a local senior living community and have grown into the role of Marketing Director at The Birches of Harleysville. My passion for real estate was still there so while purchasing my own first home, I obtained my real estate license. I am proud to be following in the footsteps of my grandfather and my dad, by helping you buy or sell your home!
